Provides executive and administrative support to DCSA leadership, including calendar and meeting coordination, records management, correspondence, vendor engagement, and travel documentation. Manages CATMS taskers, suspense tracking, stakeholder communications, vendor records, databases, and workflow documentation. Supports capability briefings, small business outreach, SOP maintenance, process improvements, and day-to-day office operations while coordinating with government leaders, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Leads the Army National Guard’s Risk Management and Internal Control program, overseeing contractor staff, governance, internal-control frameworks, stakeholder responsibilities, senior leadership briefings, statutory reporting, training schedules, remediation tracking, and contract performance. The role requires extensive federal program management experience, DoD financial management or internal-control expertise, and an active Secret clearance while working onsite in Arlington, Virginia.

Configure and administer an Army eGRC environment supporting risk assessments, internal control testing, monitoring, workflows, user access, and reporting. Analyze financial and audit metrics from multiple sources, identify trends and anomalies, and maintain executive dashboards for Army National Guard leadership. Develop procedures, training, automation schedules, and monthly progress reports while ensuring compliance with DoD data governance standards.
