Lead and manage a software engineering team to design, develop, and deliver high-performance Industry 4.0 applications. Oversee full SDLC, drive agile practices, collaborate with product/QA/DevOps, mentor engineers, manage stakeholders, and implement process and system optimizations.

Design and implement distributed control, safety, and fire & gas systems; work with PLC and DCS platforms; interpret FRS/P&IDs/C&Es; perform system testing, FAT, commissioning and startup; apply instrumentation and electrical/solar integration knowledge; support site services with extended on-site stays; use MS Office and communicate technical information effectively.
