Coordinate domestic and international shipments, freight bookings, 3PL warehouse activities, customs documentation, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules. Prepare freight comparisons, maintain purchase order and logistics records, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve shipment discrepancies, and provide reporting. The role collaborates closely with procurement, project teams, freight forwarders, transporters, couriers, and other logistics partners to ensure timely material availability and continuous operational improvement.

Support full-cycle domestic and international recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, recruitment strategy, agency communication, candidate feedback, candidate experience, reference checks, and background verifications. The role also involves monitoring recruitment trends and supporting senior HR team members while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with candidates and stakeholders.

Supports training, engineering, installation, testing, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of industrial automation and control systems. Gains practical exposure to PLC, SCADA, DCS, SIS, instrumentation, and Fire & Gas systems; reviews engineering documents and assists with site surveys, technical assessments, project tracking, and customer or vendor coordination. Requires adherence to HSE practices and willingness to work at customer and project sites.
