Implement and configure Intapp solutions in client environments, develop integrations using Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and SQL Server, translate requirements into workflows, troubleshoot APIs and system issues, manage concurrent implementation projects, conduct client workshops and training, and maintain technical documentation and quality standards.

Owns brand intelligence by designing brand health research, managing media and social listening, analyzing competitive and category trends, maintaining measurement dashboards, and translating quantitative and qualitative findings into recommendations. Partners with Creative, Communications, Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Marketing Operations to inform brand, storytelling, and go-to-market decisions. Builds research infrastructure and analytical practices within a newly established function.

Leads marketing’s AI transformation strategy and delivery, identifying high-value use cases, prioritizing investments, managing the AI roadmap and budget, and guiding solutions from intake through adoption. Defines requirements, evaluates vendors, makes build-versus-buy decisions, oversees pilots and rollouts, and establishes scalable governance, change management, and adoption practices. Partners with marketing teams, analytics, leadership, and the AI Council to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and comply with enterprise governance standards.
