Lead the strategy, creation, and delivery of high-impact demos for Intapp’s Celeste agentic AI platform. Build hands-on prototypes using agents, integrations, playbooks, scripts, and sample data; identify compelling business use cases; present keynote demos and webinars; record and distribute demo assets to sales and solutions teams; and collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and leadership to refine the product narrative.

Manage adoption, retention, and solution optimization for legal-industry clients using Intapp products. Monitor usage and health data, execute structured success plays, advise clients on configuration and best practices, and provide post-deployment consulting. Build expertise across Intapp’s product suite, synthesize client feedback into recommendations, identify expansion opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor and internal customer advocate.

Manages revenue accounting operations, including ASC 606 contract analysis, revenue allocations, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, audits, financial disclosures, and SOX controls. Leads process improvements, researches accounting standards, mentors staff accountants, and collaborates with Finance, Sales, Legal, and executive stakeholders. Requires progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP and revenue recognition expertise, CPA licensure or candidacy, and proficiency in NetSuite, BlackLine, and advanced Excel.
