Drive adoption, retention, and solution optimization across legal-industry client accounts. Monitor usage and engagement data, execute structured success plays, advise clients on product configuration and best practices, support post-deployment outcomes, and expand expertise across Intapp’s product suite. Act as a trusted advisor and internal customer advocate while identifying opportunities to improve client value.

Leads complex, cross-functional marketing projects from planning through completion; establishes governance, manages scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder accountability; facilitates collaboration and reporting; and improves PMO methodologies, templates, and processes using Asana and related tools.

Leads commission accounting close, accruals, amortization, reconciliations, internal controls, and audit support under US GAAP and ASC 606. Manages the Varicent incentive compensation platform, SOX controls, system integrations, and process automation. Partners cross-functionally with Sales Operations, FP&A, Payroll, Legal, HR, and auditors while resolving commission issues. Oversees, coaches, and develops a team of three commission accounting professionals and leads related projects.
