Teams at Intangles

Manage international financial reporting, subsidiary consolidations, tax filings, multi-currency transactions, foreign exchange accounting, intercompany reconciliations, audits, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. Prepare accounting entries, reconciliations, payroll and tax entries, and financial analyses. Collaborate with international teams, accountants, consultants, banks, regulators, and business units while supporting financial systems and process improvements.

Manage import and export operations, including shipment coordination, customs documentation, compliance, freight tracking, transaction records, and duty payments. Collaborate with suppliers, brokers, logistics, sales, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues. Support the Import Export Manager with market analysis, supplier or customer identification, and international trade expansion strategies.

Support the CEO by managing communications, schedules, priorities, confidential materials, internal processes, projects, and events. Coordinate internal and external resources, organize team communications, conduct research, prepare reports and presentations, and help ensure company operations run efficiently. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
