Lead full-lifecycle recruitment for complex mid- to senior-level roles, develop passive talent sourcing strategies, advise hiring leaders, and manage candidate experiences. Responsibilities include stakeholder partnership, interview training, offer negotiation, ATS workflow optimization, DE&I initiatives, employer branding, and recruitment analytics. The role requires strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and data analysis skills, with hands-on experience using modern ATS platforms.

Manages project scope, planning, execution, milestones, risks, issues, change requests, stakeholder communication, documentation, and delivery. Coordinates meetings, tracks progress, escalates blockers, implements mitigation plans, and conducts post-project evaluations. Requires project management experience across waterfall and agile methodologies, embedded development or testing exposure, Jira proficiency, and strong communication skills.
