Relevant building, construction, estimating, or disaster restoration experience is valuable, and bilingual French-English communication is required.

Own expense allocation governance, financial controls, and Oracle EPM/EPCM tooling. Validate budget and month-end allocations, maintain allocation rules, support audits and accounting changes, analyze large datasets, gather requirements, coordinate projects and change initiatives, and lead testing and stakeholder workshops. The role partners with Finance, Actuarial, IT, regional teams, and leadership to improve allocation processes and ensure reliable data flows.

Provides HR advisory support to leaders across Personal Lines and Commercial Lines. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, exit interviews, HR-cycle activities, workshops, strategic HR projects, data analysis, and process improvement. The consultant partners with senior HR leadership and managers while ensuring compliance with HR best practices and labor legislation in a multi-site, evolving organization.
