Manages employee benefits accounts by marketing new and renewal business, preparing accurate proposals, reviewing coverage and premiums, coordinating with carriers, processing policies and billing, maintaining account records, and supporting client service. Educates clients, assists with claims and cancellations, tracks submissions and renewals, develops carrier relationships, maintains licensing and industry knowledge, and participates in enrollment meetings and training. Requires occasional local and overnight travel.

Manages employee benefits client accounts, including policy reviews, renewals, marketing, proposals, coverage analysis, enrollment meetings, client education, carrier coordination, claims support, and cancellation retention. Maintains account records, suspense files, expiration controls, reporting logs, and compliance standards. Requires strong knowledge of employee benefits insurance markets, underwriting, coverage, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA, along with negotiation, communication, and agency management skills.

Manages the Commercial Lines support function, including workflows, quality standards, staff supervision, training, performance management, and customer satisfaction. Supports branch strategy, evaluates insurance markets, oversees service audits, resolves client and personnel issues, and maintains insurer relationships. Also performs commercial insurance account management duties, including risk analysis, renewals, proposals, coverage recommendations, negotiations, policy delivery, payments, and account retention. Maintains required licensing and develops staff and client relationships.
