Requires strong organization, communication, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills, plus an insurance license or ability to obtain one.

Manages employee benefits accounts by supporting clients, marketing new and renewal business, preparing proposals and applications, verifying coverage and premiums, processing policies and endorsements, resolving service and claim issues, and maintaining accurate account records. Educates clients on coverage, coordinates with carriers and producers, supports retention efforts, tracks business activity, and maintains required insurance licensing and professional knowledge.
