Provide administrative and technical support to Commercial Lines by processing endorsements, renewals, audits, certificates, and policy updates. Maintain accurate client records in agency systems, navigate carrier portals, prepare documentation, and support Account Managers and Producers to ensure timely, compliant servicing of commercial insurance accounts.

Provide administrative and operational support to Small Business Unit Account Managers: process audits, endorsements, policy updates, billing, and electronic document management while maintaining accurate records and excellent client service.

Support day-to-day accounting operations including balance sheet and bank reconciliations, AR/AP support, month-end and year-end close tasks, journal entries, financial reporting, and process improvement efforts. Collaborate with the accounting team and assist with billing, special projects, and maintaining general ledger integrity.
