Manage and retain a high-volume portfolio of small business commercial insurance clients. Responsibilities include renewal preparation, policy servicing, endorsements, certificates, billing, claims reporting, documentation, compliance, and support for producers and new business workflows. Maintain accurate client records in AMS-360 and ImageRight while coordinating with carriers, underwriters, and clients. The role requires an active Ohio Property and Casualty license, commercial lines experience, strong attention to detail, and hybrid work in Ohio or Kentucky.

Responsibilities include renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, billing questions, policy changes, claims reporting, premium finance agreements, documentation, and compliance. The role maintains accurate records in AMS-360 and ImageRight, supports producers with new business submissions, coordinates with carriers, and builds strong client relationships while ensuring timely, accurate service.

Supports day-to-day HR operations across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, timekeeping, compliance, payroll backup, and employee experience. Manages the internship program, coordinates career fairs, maintains employee records, supports investigations and performance processes, and assists with workforce reporting and process improvements. Serves as a resource for employees and managers while maintaining confidentiality and consistent HR practices.
