Support daily accounting functions including processing vendor invoices and accounts payable, creating customer invoices, entering transactions into accounting software, maintaining financial records and filing, assisting with month-end close, preparing reports for management and external CPA, and managing Premium Finance Company-related information.

The Commercial Account Manager maintains client relationships, manages policy renewals, provides technical support, ensures compliance, and coordinates insurance needs for commercial clients.

Provide administrative and technical support to Commercial Lines by processing endorsements, renewals, audits, certificates, and policy updates. Maintain accurate client records in agency systems, navigate carrier portals, prepare documentation, and support Account Managers and Producers to ensure timely, compliant servicing of commercial insurance accounts.
