The Senior Accountant supports monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate accounting processes for sales and marketing expenses, debt, and prepaids. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, fluctuation analyses, financial reporting, U.S. GAAP compliance, internal controls, procedure improvements, and accounting support for business initiatives. The role requires collaboration, analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with public or corporate accounting.

Leads DevOps, platform engineering, cloud modernization, automation, and AI enablement while also designing and testing embedded software for medical products. Responsibilities include architecture strategy, self-service platforms, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, governance, developer experience, and mentoring. The embedded focus includes C/C++ development for microcontrollers, RTOS-based systems, communication protocols, hardware integration, regulatory compliance, documentation, and product testing.

Processes invoices and accounts payable transactions accurately and timely. Reviews documentation and approvals, prepares and distributes checks, handles garnishments and vendor inquiries, maintains AP records and reports, assists with month-end closing and account analysis, and supports finance leadership and branch personnel. The role requires strong data entry, organization, attention to detail, and familiarity with Dynamics AX or comparable accounting software.
