Support planning, implementation, configuration, testing and maintenance of business continuity, disaster recovery, backup and monitoring systems across virtual, storage, server, and cloud infrastructure. Work with systems and networking teams to ensure redundancy, perform DR/BCP tests (including after-hours), maintain documentation, and troubleshoot to ensure availability of customer-facing services.

Provide administrative and operational support for planning, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations. Maintain master data and SAP/ERP records, monitor inventory and material movements, prepare reports, support NPI and supplier qualification, resolve transaction and invoice discrepancies, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing/regulated environment.

Manage, configure, and maintain VMware, Linux, and Windows servers and applications; monitor performance and backups; respond to ServiceNow tickets; implement automation; collaborate with global IT and vendors to ensure production availability and disaster recovery readiness.
