The Asia Governance Lead manages project portfolios and governance processes across suppliers, engineering, quality, sourcing, and manufacturing teams. Responsibilities include tracking project status and risks, maintaining governance data, creating dashboards and leadership updates, improving workflows and reporting, training project leads, and driving consistent standards across the Asia portfolio. The role supports capital tooling and equipment projects, financial and resource management, supplier projects from concept through production, and global governance alignment. Travel of approximately 10% to 25% is required.

Design, develop, test, and document embedded software for medical devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Hardware, QA) to ensure compliant, well-tested designs. Lead technical efforts, integrate/debug systems, participate in design reviews, and maintain design/test documentation.

Administers the purchasing system and supplier setup, maintains master data, converts requisitions into purchase orders, negotiates with suppliers, tracks shipments and delivery performance, resolves purchasing issues, monitors inventory movements, and analyzes procurement metrics. The role primarily supports indirect-material buying and procurement process improvement.
