Lead and coach IPQA and lot release teams, manage pre/post-sterile lot qualification and nonconformance investigations, support MES/SAP lot release, assist root-cause investigations, oversee inspections, calibration, documentation (DHR), and continuous improvement to ensure timely lot release and quality compliance.

Design, develop, test, and document embedded software for medical devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Hardware, QA) to ensure compliant, well-tested designs. Lead technical efforts, integrate/debug systems, participate in design reviews, and maintain design/test documentation.

Provide phone-based customer service and reimbursement support for Insulet OmniPod products: verify insurance benefits, process orders and prior authorizations, calculate cost-share, coordinate shipments, document interactions (HIPAA-compliant), escalate complex cases, collaborate with commercial teams, and suggest process improvements. Serve as department expert and assist with training and special projects.
