Owns product design for GrantOS, including platform data, task management, reporting, integrations, and core grant workflows. Leads discovery, research, prototyping, zero-to-one product development, and end-to-end delivery. Defines design-system foundations, establishes platform design standards, mentors designers, and partners strategically with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. The role requires strong systems thinking, experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, and familiarity with AI-powered product experiences.

Lead Instrumentl’s product managers and personally own a core GrantOS product area. Drive products from early development through launch, adoption, and iteration; represent customer needs; prototype with engineering and design; develop AI agents and quality evaluation systems; establish product strategy; and hire, coach, and manage PMs while partnering across engineering, design, sales, and customer success.

Own the post-sale customer journey for a portfolio of nonprofit and grant-writing SaaS customers, including onboarding, engagement, retention, renewals, and expansion. Manage account health, adoption metrics, business reviews, success plans, and complex annual renewal cycles. Build leadership-level relationships, identify growth opportunities, advocate for customer needs internally, and collaborate with enablement, revenue, and product teams.
