Own the end-to-end design of GrantOS, Instrumentl’s foundational platform spanning data, permissions, integrations, core workflows, and enterprise surfaces. Define system-wide interaction patterns, lead zero-to-one product discovery, conduct user research, influence product and engineering direction, and coach other designers. The role requires designing complex B2B SaaS platforms and agentic or AI-powered product experiences.

Own Instrumentl’s scaled customer success motion for high-volume, lower-ACV customers. Lead and develop approximately six Scaled Customer Success Managers, design scalable customer journeys, and establish segmentation, health scoring, playbooks, automation, and reporting. Drive activation, adoption, retention, and expansion through data-driven engagement. Partner with the high-touch CS team, handle escalations, improve workflows, and build the scaled function in a fast-moving SaaS startup.

Lead and develop a 6-8 person AE team handling inbound and outbound motions. Coach reps across skill levels, own sales metrics and forecasting, enforce CRM hygiene in HubSpot, raise call quality with Gong and Granola, drive full-lifecycle expansion into existing customers, partner with Enablement/RevOps/Marketing, hire and ramp reps, and apply AI thoughtfully to sales processes.
