Partner with founders and hiring managers to improve hiring standards, source passive candidates, close difficult searches, iterate recruiting strategy rapidly, and build scalable processes and tools for the recruiting function.

Embed onsite at customer factory sites to investigate manufacturing issues using Instrumental Solve, drive root-cause corrective actions to measurable results, own mission execution, integrate equipment and tune algorithms, and build strong relationships with factory stakeholders to accelerate yield and throughput.

Lead end-to-end delivery for strategic manufacturing accounts in Taiwan, integrating and optimizing Instrumental's hardware and software on factory floors. Build stakeholder relationships, coordinate cross-functional global teams, tune algorithms, and drive program success through on-site deployments and continuous operational improvements.
