Designs and builds accessible, engaging online learning experiences in Canvas LMS for institutional clients. Responsibilities include structuring course content, activities, assessments, and visual assets; applying instructional design, Universal Design for Learning, and WCAG standards; collaborating with instructors, subject matter experts, and stakeholders; delivering remote workshops; and managing multiple small projects. The role requires Spanish and English fluency, basic HTML, graphic design and eLearning experience, strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Sets architectural direction across assessment products and services, drives cross-team technical decisions, writes architecture and design documentation, defines service boundaries, evaluates vendors, mentors senior engineers, establishes AI engineering practices, and improves reliability and testing strategy.

Build and improve Canvas features across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure. Write tested code, participate in code reviews, investigate production issues using logs and dashboards, and collaborate with product and design. The role supports learning in accessibility, security, infrastructure, and software quality while requiring TypeScript and React experience, database knowledge, testing familiarity, Git, and strong Hungarian and English communication.
