Manage and coordinate multiple global traceability and digital transformation projects: maintain project plans, track deliverables and risks, facilitate stakeholder communication, implement PM tools, and support timely delivery across internal teams and external partners.

Manage a portfolio of ~350 accounts to drive non-dues revenue through upsells, customized sponsorship and exhibit packages, and strategic sales plans. Maintain pipelines and CRM records, meet activity and revenue targets, negotiate contracts, represent IFT at industry events, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience.

Coordinate manuscript submission, peer-review, and production workflows for scientific journals. Administer online submission systems, screen submissions and integrity reports, support authors/editors/reviewers, maintain user databases, update SOPs and templates, assist metadata export/import and proofing, invoice publication fees, and liaise with production teams and editorial boards.
