Provides administrative and executive support to senior leaders and a nationwide litigation team. Responsibilities include scheduling, travel coordination, expense reports, meeting logistics, task tracking, litigation operations updates, agreement-letter coordination, annual review support, Salesforce record maintenance, materials editing, and special projects. The role requires proactive organization, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced legal office.

Support legislative advocacy by researching bills and stakeholders, developing and executing legislative strategies, building coalitions and grassroots support, drafting and delivering testimony, lobbying legislators, managing campaign pages with government affairs software, and organizing advocacy events and testimony.

Research and draft state legislation, develop and execute legislative strategies, build coalitions and manage bill sponsors, organize grassroots advocacy and testimony, lobby legislators, monitor bill text, build/manage campaign web pages, travel frequently to state capitols, and represent IJ at conferences.
