Teams at Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis

Supports adults with autism and intellectual disabilities through community inclusion, job coaching, employment and life-skills training, behavioral support, transportation, and daily living assistance. The role works one-on-one or in groups across employment, school, home, and community settings. Paid training is provided, including ACRE-related coursework. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with required physical activity, client transportation, background screening, and personal care support.

Provide non-medical, in-home and community respite support to children with developmental disabilities: engage clients in activities, assist with daily living, transport clients, implement behavior plans, manage escalations, maintain safety, and complete documentation. Participate in required training and build relationships with families.

The Behavior Interventionist will implement person-centered interventions for children with developmental disabilities, focusing on behavior change, skill development, and support in community settings.
