Teams at Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis

Lead and manage behavioral services for adults in supported living: design and supervise ABA-based behavior intervention plans, conduct functional assessments, oversee data and documentation, supervise and train staff, manage clinical operations, budgets, billing, and community/Regional Center relations.

Provide non-medical, in-home and community respite support to children with developmental disabilities: engage clients in activities, assist with daily living, transport clients, implement behavior plans, manage escalations, maintain safety, and complete documentation. Participate in required training and build relationships with families.

The Behavior Interventionist will implement person-centered interventions for children with developmental disabilities, focusing on behavior change, skill development, and support in community settings.
