Provides frontline IT support for desktop computers, mobile devices, printers, wireless connectivity, VPN clients, email, and productivity software. Assists with equipment tracking, support-request logging, physical computer setup, documentation, and IT projects. Requires troubleshooting experience with Windows or Mac OS, current undergraduate enrollment, strong communication, organization, reliability, and willingness to learn. The role is paid at $20 per hour and requires lifting up to 40 pounds.
