Support growth initiatives for the Center for Manufacturing Advancement by researching prospects, managing CRM pipelines, coordinating outreach and events, assisting proposals/grants, and collaborating with technical teams to expand partnerships and track performance metrics.

Lead and grow an Industry 4.0 lab by providing technical expertise in robotics, automation, PLCs, and industrial networking; design and deliver hands-on training and demonstrations; consult with manufacturers on automation and process optimization; manage projects, budgets, partnerships, grants, and program metrics; represent the organization at conferences and with stakeholders to advance digital manufacturing and workforce development.

Lead regional research and communications to support economic development and business recruitment. Collect and analyze demographic and economic data, produce reports and visualizations, manage digital content and social media, maintain internal databases, support marketing campaigns and prospect engagement, and coordinate events and partner outreach.
