As Director of Industry Engagement, you will lead strategies for industry partnerships, ensuring alignment with workforce demand and impacting national defense priorities. You'll manage outreach efforts, build relationships with key partners, and oversee job placement outcomes while guiding and developing your team.

Provide instructional coverage, tutoring, and technical support for CNC machining, additive manufacturing, and metrology. Manage Canvas LMS courses, maintain lab safety and 5S standards, assist with curriculum updates, credential tracking, and student onboarding while supporting faculty and technical projects.

The NDT Level III serves as the technical authority for nondestructive testing training, overseeing program development, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
