Manage full-cycle recruitment from position approval through onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and candidate communications. Build talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and develop relationships with educational and workforce partners. Improve recruiting workflows, templates, technologies, and metrics while ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. Partner with hiring managers and leaders to support effective hiring, onboarding, and organizational growth.

Provides analytical, operational, and knowledge management support to executive leadership. Prepares briefings, reports, presentations, dashboards, and performance analyses; tracks strategic initiatives and action items; coordinates information across stakeholders; maintains knowledge repositories and documentation; conducts research and benchmarking; and translates complex data into actionable executive insights.

Supports marketing and communications through storytelling, technical writing, content creation, photography, videography, website updates, graphic design, facility tours, research, event coverage, and website and social media analytics. The intern helps promote STEM, research, workforce development, and educational initiatives while building practical digital communications and marketing experience.
