Delivers onboarding and active-customer training across Instinct’s veterinary software product suite. Researches account history, workflows, and training needs using Glyphic, HubSpot, and Claude; tailors sessions to hospital teams; documents outcomes and follow-ups; supports shared ticketing and team coverage; travels frequently for on-site training; and provides customer feedback to enablement and product teams.

The Product Manager shapes Instinct's veterinary software by translating customer needs into product strategy, leading product development efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead and scale the product and user research organization for a veterinary-focused, multi-product SaaS portfolio. Translate strategy into prioritized roadmaps, partner with GTM for packaging and monetization, run discovery with customers, and drive product outcomes (retention, expansion, activation, NRR) while coaching senior product leaders.
