Teams at InstaSafe Technologies

Design, develop, and maintain secure Linux endpoint agents for Zero Trust authentication and access control. Implement PAM modules, systemd services, packaging (.deb/.rpm), integrate with backend APIs (OAuth2/JWT), secure networking (iptables/netfilter, OpenSSL/TLS), and debug system-level issues. Collaborate with cross-platform teams to ensure feature parity and apply Linux security enhancements.

Provide on-site first-line technical support for InstaSafe ZTNA/SSO/MFA/IAM solutions. Troubleshoot connectivity and authentication issues, manage tickets, update knowledge base, escalate complex issues, monitor system performance, and adhere to SLAs while communicating with clients.

Launch outbound prospecting (calls, email, social) to generate and qualify cybersecurity opportunities, conduct discovery, collaborate with AEs and marketing, maintain CRM data, and promote InstaSafe's ZTNA/IAM/SSO/MFA solutions.
