Drives revenue growth across an assigned Canadian territory by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and managing contractor providers. Monitors coverage, compliance, performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and service issues; conducts business reviews; develops improvement plans; coordinates store visits; and implements field programs and process improvements. The role works remotely, partners with internal departments and senior leadership, and requires travel exceeding 50% of the time.

Manage assigned national retailer, manufacturer, and provider accounts, driving growth, revenue, margins, partner engagement, and performance. Serve as the liaison between business partners, operations, and technical teams; translate needs into business requirements, support platform adoption, coordinate provider onboarding and go-live activities, manage risks, and improve processes. The role also oversees reporting, escalations, partner support requests, documentation, and cross-functional initiatives in a fully remote environment.
