Own product areas end to end, from scoping and implementation through launch, instrumentation, customer feedback, and operations. Build agentic product capabilities, use coding agents responsibly, engage directly with customers, monitor adoption and infrastructure performance, participate in on-call, and improve quality, security, and engineering efficiency. The role involves backend development across Ruby on Rails, Golang, AWS, Kubernetes, streaming infrastructure, APIs, databases, and observability systems.
