Administer, optimize, customize, and support the enterprise Zoho One ecosystem. Develop Deluge scripts, workflows, Blueprints, custom modules, and REST API integrations; manage security, permissions, governance, backups, and data quality. Gather requirements from cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, train users, maintain documentation and SOPs, and implement continuous improvements across Zoho applications.

Designs scalable Salesforce solutions, leads client discovery and solution architecture, translates business requirements into technical designs, supports development teams, and delivers presales demonstrations, presentations, proposals, and RFP responses. The role partners with sales and technical teams to articulate solution value, guide implementation transitions, and drive customer acquisition and sales closure across manufacturing, retail, and consumer goods industries.
