Senior QA Engineer responsible for end-to-end manual and automated testing of enterprise software. Manages ticketing, CAB processes, SLAs, capacity planning, multi-vendor environments and data-center operations. The role supports semiconductor, manufacturing or R&D environments and requires extensive hands-on infrastructure administration experience.
