Serves as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives. Leads workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, change management, and employee relations. Coaches leaders, analyzes workforce data, ensures employment-law compliance, and develops scalable HR programs. Supports U.S. Sales and Patient Outcomes within a regulated medical-device organization.

The Territory Manager will drive commercialization of OSA therapy sales, achieve sales objectives, assess accounts, and ensure patient selection guidelines are followed.

Leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent management programs covering performance management, talent assessments, succession planning, career pathing, and employee development. Partners with HR, business leaders, and Learning & Development teams; manages timelines, budgets, vendors, and resources; analyzes talent metrics and KPIs; and recommends data-driven improvements. The role also mentors HR team members and may provide direct people leadership while ensuring compliance with quality system procedures.
