Teams at Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care

Develops hospice referral business by identifying territories, building relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, social workers, and senior-care facilities. Leads community sales and marketing efforts, promotes hospice services, increases referrals, and educates community partners. Requires healthcare experience, strong communication, problem-solving, relationship-building, and familiarity with senior resources and end-of-life care challenges.

Provide weekday evening and overnight on-call hospice nursing (Mon–Thu, 5:00 PM–8:00 AM). Respond to urgent patient needs, deliver hands-on care per physician orders, educate and support patients and families, collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice team, and travel to patient homes as needed.
