Lead and operate the Health & Benefits (H&B) PMO: intake, prioritize, resource, and deliver a portfolio of high‑priority initiatives. Manage and develop program/project managers, enforce governance, drive executive reporting, resolve delivery risks, and ensure alignment to strategic OKRs while partnering with stakeholders and the CoE to improve PPM tools and processes.
