Provides strategic HR consulting and guidance to complex, multi-state clients. Advises leaders on employee relations, compliance, benefits, compensation, performance management, workforce strategy, and organizational development. Builds executive relationships, analyzes HR metrics, delivers training, supports sales efforts, leads process-improvement projects, and partners with internal HR specialists and centers of excellence to deliver tailored solutions.

Manages implementation and conversion activities for new and existing 401(k) plan clients. Establishes plans and timelines, coordinates client implementation calls, validates participant and financial data in OMNI, researches discrepancies, liaises with prior service providers, gathers documentation, and escalates issues. The role also supports plan startups, trains entry-level personnel, and manages assigned projects.

Sell Insperity’s HR services and technology to small and midsized businesses. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting virtual and in-person consultations with business owners, developing executive relationships, leveraging professional networks, achieving sales goals, completing bid paperwork, and facilitating the new-client onboarding process.
