Provides strategic HR consulting and business partner support to client organizations. Advises leaders on employee relations, employment law, benefits, wage and hour matters, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, training, and policy interpretation. Manages client relationships, investigates complex employee issues, develops compliant HR solutions, supports retention and organizational effectiveness, and documents client interactions.

Sell Insperity’s HR services and technology to small and midsized businesses. The role identifies prospects, conducts virtual and in-person consultations with business owners, builds executive relationships and referral networks, meets sales goals, completes contract bid paperwork, and facilitates new-client onboarding. Compensation includes base salary, targeted commissions, uncapped commission potential, residual income, and incentive opportunities.

Identify and sell HR services and technology to small and midsized businesses. Build relationships with business owners and C-suite leaders, provide consultative recommendations, develop sales pipelines through networking, achieve management-set sales goals, complete bid paperwork, and facilitate new-client onboarding. The role includes virtual and in-person client engagement, training, mentorship, marketing support, base compensation, commissions, and residual income potential.
