Provides guidance on federal and state employment laws, develops policies and handbooks, supports leave and time-off tracking, coordinates compliance training, manages client HR projects, and recommends solutions to reduce liability. Builds client relationships, presents complex topics clearly, monitors project delivery, and identifies opportunities for additional HR services.

Onboard new clients to payroll services, review and validate payroll data, input and balance payroll information, process payroll, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze payroll reports, and distribute accurate results to clients while supporting client relationships.

Provides strategic HR consulting and trusted-advisor support to complex, multi-state clients. Advises on employee relations, employment legislation, benefits, wage and hour regulations, performance management, compliance, organizational development, and workforce strategy. Builds senior-level client relationships, analyzes HR trends, delivers training, supports sales, leads process-improvement projects, guides HR staff, and partners with internal specialists to deliver customized solutions.
