Own enterprise customer success delivery across UAT, rollout, training, onboarding, adoption, and post-go-live support. Lead bilingual Spanish-English enablement for Western Hemisphere teams, manage surveys and quarterly usage reporting, and improve recurring workflows through standardization, automation, AI-assisted drafting, reusable templates, and documentation. Partner with customer teams and suppliers to support configuration validation, demos, data creation, feedback collection, and value realization.

Manage customer onboarding, account administration, data maintenance, platform adoption, training, and relationship-building for B2B SaaS customers. Monitor usage and performance data, identify adoption risks, support renewals and expansion opportunities, troubleshoot common issues, coordinate escalations, configure supply chain workflows, and relay customer feedback to Product. The role also contributes to playbooks, enablement materials, and process improvements in a hybrid Ho Chi Minh City environment.

Manage a high-volume customer portfolio for a SaaS traceability product, supporting onboarding, adoption, renewals, training, customer health monitoring, and expansion opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve process gaps, collect feedback, improve workflows, and optimize tools. Meet customer success metrics, OKRs, KPIs, and retention targets while delivering a strong customer experience.
