Paid, on-site Street Marketing Internship supporting live event promotions through administrative coordination, marketing material preparation, local market research, inventory tracking, grassroots marketing execution, and onsite event support. The role requires public engagement, outdoor work, physical material handling, and flexible holiday, evening, and weekend availability in the greater Los Angeles area.

Leads production operations for large-scale live events, destination experiences, and festival integrations. Oversees project managers, budgets, timelines, agencies, vendors, permitting, licensing, staffing, and cross-functional execution. Develops departmental processes, event strategies, revenue opportunities, and operational improvements while ensuring high-quality guest, talent, and stakeholder experiences. Requires extensive live event production leadership, team management, budget ownership, travel, and flexibility for evening and weekend work.

Manages the Design department’s creative project workflow, including intake, prioritization, staffing, scheduling, stakeholder communication, approvals, QA, and final delivery. The role oversees high-volume creative projects and asset production across internal designers and external partners, maintains project documentation and Asana workflows, identifies risks and resource constraints, and improves creative operations processes. Supports event and business deadlines, including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.
