Supports production managers and coordinators with event operations, databases, calendars, staffing, venue coordination, travel booking, content gathering, merchandise management, warehouse organization, errands, and onsite event execution. The role requires hands-on participation at music events, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and various event locations.

Prepares, distributes, fits, styles, repairs, cleans, and maintains costumes, footwear, props, and accessories for live entertainment events. Supports performers during rehearsals, show changes, and event runs; assists with quick changes; verifies final looks against quality standards; maintains wardrobe documentation and storage; and follows safety procedures. The role requires fast-paced teamwork, long periods of standing, occasional heavy lifting, holiday and weekend availability, and frequent travel to events.

Assist with managing social media content, developing engaging posts for various platforms, conducting research, and supporting internal marketing projects. Shadow brand activation efforts at events.
