Teams at InSite Health

Provides clinical supervision, quality oversight, and regional program leadership for school-based behavioral health services. Supports clinicians through consultation, onboarding, mentorship, training, and crisis guidance; ensures compliant documentation and trauma-informed care; manages school partnerships, caseloads, service delivery, and access barriers; supports marketing and business development; and travels extensively across assigned New Jersey counties to engage schools and maintain uninterrupted student services.

Build and lead InSite Health’s Customer Success function from the ground up. Design scalable processes, playbooks, KPIs, systems, team structures, onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion programs. Own executive customer relationships, customer health, retention, and cross-functional issue resolution. Recruit and develop the team while personally supporting implementations, launches, trainings, executive reviews, and complex institutional accounts. Frequent travel to school districts and government client sites is required.

Own engagement and adoption for assigned New Jersey school and community programs after contract execution. Build relationships with districts and stakeholders, conduct school visits, represent programs at events, present to groups, coordinate field marketing activities, resolve operational issues, and track utilization, referrals, participation, and account health metrics. Develop corrective plans for underperforming accounts, report performance and risks, and travel more than 50% throughout New Jersey.
