Build and maintain full-stack features for a React/TypeScript frontend and NestJS/TypeScript backend, integrate LLM-powered conversational agents, design APIs, auth (SSO/SAML), real-time updates, background processing (AWS SQS), database schemas (PostgreSQL/Sequelize), API docs (Swagger), and tests (Jest/pytest). Collaborate on architecture, code review, and production support.

Serve as a clinical voice for customers, leading onboarding and training for InsightRX products, providing pharmacokinetic support, collaborating with clinical and technical stakeholders, building training materials, contributing to analytics, and bringing customer feedback into Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Lead the PK/PD consulting services, guide the adoption of AI solutions, and establish processes for a new services organization. Collaborate with teams, mentor talent, and represent InsightRx in scientific forums.
