Own a portfolio of mid-market customers, driving retention, renewals, expansion, upsells, and cross-sells. Build executive relationships, uncover business needs, lead discovery and business reviews, forecast opportunities, and connect workforce intelligence, productivity, AI, and automation capabilities to measurable outcomes. Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales while managing the commercial strategy and growth of assigned accounts.
