Coordinates referral programs, market awareness initiatives, service contracts, clinical inquiries, and internal collaboration. Provides performance plans and data-driven recommendations while managing team capability, account relationships, and domestic or international travel.

Leads the global compliance and privacy program for a medical device company. Responsibilities include HCP and third-party seller compliance, enterprise risk management, policy development, training, hotline and investigation management, auditing, board reporting, GDPR data protection oversight, and guidance to commercial, medical, and R&D teams.
