Maintains community safety through security checks, outdoor rounds, access control, camera monitoring, incident response, emergency procedures, and accurate recordkeeping. Performs receptionist duties by answering phones, greeting residents and visitors, assisting staff, handling deliveries, and completing clerical tasks. Supports resident well-being, confidentiality, mandatory reporting, and teamwork in an assisted living community.

Conduct and maintain full-cycle accounting: general ledger, month-end close, financial statements, reconciliations, AR/AP, bank and payroll reconciliations, payroll processing and compliance, tax filings, accounting software coordination, purchasing/invoicing, supervise and train office managers, and provide onsite support as needed.

Lead and manage the sales department to drive occupancy and revenue for a senior living facility. Develop and implement sales strategies, manage pipelines and tours, train and mentor staff, build referral partnerships, coordinate with marketing, monitor budgets and compliance, report progress, and negotiate and close resident agreements.
