Leads the sales department for a senior living or healthcare facility, developing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue. Manages prospect relationships, tours, outreach, negotiations, referral partnerships, budgets, compliance, and performance reporting. Trains and mentors sales staff while analyzing market and competitor data to improve sales effectiveness and facility competitiveness.

Maintains community safety through security checks, outdoor rounds, access control, camera monitoring, incident response, emergency procedures, and accurate recordkeeping. Performs receptionist duties by answering phones, greeting residents and visitors, assisting staff, handling deliveries, and completing clerical tasks. Supports resident well-being, confidentiality, mandatory reporting, and teamwork in an assisted living community.
