Own the full sales cycle for Insider One’s Chatbot Support Agent product, from prospecting and pipeline development through demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Drive new logo acquisition, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, enterprise deal strategy, forecasting, and quota attainment. Collaborate with marketing, account directors, solution consultants, product, and customers to improve adoption, positioning, and market feedback.

Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for SaaS customers, ensuring timely delivery, rapid time to value, early adoption, and retention. Build stakeholder relationships, coordinate internal technical teams and external agencies, deliver customer training, define KPIs, support integrations, document client requirements, and transition customers to Customer Success. Improve onboarding processes and materials while ensuring high-quality implementation outcomes and customer satisfaction.
