Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend APIs and services using Go/PHP/Node.js. Integrate AI-powered developer tools into workflows, experiment with emerging AI approaches, mentor teammates, monitor and optimize system performance, and uphold strong engineering practices (testing, observability, documentation).

Serve as the primary client contact to drive adoption of Insider One's CDP and engagement features, develop account plans, coordinate with engineering and product teams, resolve escalations, provide product feedback, and build trusted advisor relationships to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
