Leads and develops the internal IT team while shaping the function’s future structure. Oversees infrastructure, networks, cloud, security, end-user support, identity and access management, IT assets, devices, onboarding, offboarding, vendors, and service processes. Manages IT projects, resolves operational risks, provides technical direction, improves documentation and service standards, and remains hands-on when needed across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving retention, renewals, expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth. Manage executive stakeholders, conduct business reviews, negotiate contracts and pricing, forecast performance, identify customer needs, and coordinate with Customer Success teams. Build strategic relationships, support customer advocacy, monitor market trends, and ensure customer success outcomes and strong NPS results.

Own enterprise sales in France: manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, mentor SDRs, craft proposals, identify market opportunities, design sales initiatives, deliver forecasts, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain pipeline hygiene and hit revenue targets.
