Manage end-to-end HubSpot onboarding and implementation for clients, including portal setup, customization, data migration, CRM configuration, marketing automation, content creation, segmentation, sales pipelines, testing, and performance optimization. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to support client relationships and ensure successful implementations. Analyze engagement and conversion data to improve lead-nurturing workflows and marketing processes.

Handle client communication and onboarding while implementing, improving, and troubleshooting CRM platforms and business tools. Support HubSpot and related CRM integrations, workflows, and automation. Research and evaluate AI tools to improve efficiency and deliver practical solutions. Independently investigate challenges, communicate with clients and internal teams, manage responsibilities, and execute tasks proactively in a fully remote environment.
