Manage end-to-end HubSpot onboarding and implementation for clients, including portal setup, customization, data migration, CRM configuration, marketing automation, content creation, segmentation, sales pipelines, testing, and performance optimization. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to support client relationships and ensure successful implementations. Support clients with CRM onboarding, setup, integrations, workflow improvements, and troubleshooting. Research and implement AI tools and automation solutions, communicate with clients and internal teams, and independently solve business and technology challenges. The role requires strong communication, organization, adaptability, analytical thinking, and ownership while working with platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, and other CRM systems.
