Build and scale Inscribe’s partner-sourced revenue channel across referral, white-label, reseller, and integration models. Source, qualify, negotiate, and close partnerships; manage contracts, technical reviews, enablement, renewals, and expansions. Carry partner revenue quota, collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal, and represent partner needs internally while providing market and competitive feedback.

Lead enterprise and strategic customer success initiatives across the post-sale lifecycle. Manage onboarding, implementation, adoption, quarterly business reviews, retention, renewals, and account expansion. Build trusted customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, triage technical issues, and represent customer feedback internally. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering while helping build Inscribe’s customer success function and reporting customer health and performance metrics.
