Develops and implements industrial automation solutions for manufacturing operations, including robotics, machine vision, automated assembly, controls, and material handling. Leads automation projects from concept through production launch, manages suppliers and budgets, troubleshoots equipment, and supports process optimization. Creates technical documentation, validates systems, trains personnel, and collaborates with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering. The role also supports Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provides temporary administrative and operational HR support focused on recruitment, interview coordination, pre-employment processing, onboarding, orientation, employee records, compliance documentation, HR inquiries, reporting, and special projects. Maintains accurate confidential records, tracks background checks and onboarding requirements, supports candidate communications, and coordinates with hiring managers and internal departments in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee site-level accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, invoicing, cash receipts, vendor payments, inventory, fixed assets, and audit coordination. Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and IFRS while maintaining ERP data and coordinating IT service providers. Lead accounting staff, support business decisions, and drive process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
