Strategic HR partner for multi-state field operations supporting workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, leaves/accommodations, workers' comp, bilingual communications, manager coaching, hiring support, policy development, and HR compliance. Operates independently across field and corporate teams to align people strategy with business objectives.

Manage scenic, Spacecube, and temporary structure projects from turnover through closeout. Maintain schedules, budgets, scopes, and labor plans while coordinating cross-functionally with CAD, Production, Installation, Logistics, Estimating, and clients. Track risks and change orders, support onsite planning and installations, and ensure project profitability, safety, and documentation.

Manage daily warehouse logistics, inventory control, fleet readiness, and local procurement while overseeing project execution and field crews. Coordinate inbound/outbound freight, conduct site check-ins and audits, maintain project documentation, and forecast labor and equipment needs for upcoming events.
