Manage scenic, Spacecube, and temporary structure projects from turnover through closeout. Maintain schedules, budgets, scopes, and labor plans while coordinating cross-functionally with CAD, Production, Installation, Logistics, Estimating, and clients. Track risks and change orders, support onsite planning and installations, and ensure project profitability, safety, and documentation.

Manage daily warehouse logistics, inventory control, fleet readiness, and local procurement while overseeing project execution and field crews. Coordinate inbound/outbound freight, conduct site check-ins and audits, maintain project documentation, and forecast labor and equipment needs for upcoming events.

The Technical Designer will develop Revit models, manage construction drawings for event structures, collaborate with various teams, and ensure drawing accuracy.
