Lead a global Process Engineering team to define enterprise process strategy, governance, roadmaps, and platform ownership. Drive operational excellence, automation, AI-powered transformation, process documentation, KPI frameworks, and measurable value realization across Customer Success and Operations. Partner with cross-functional leaders and present results to executive leadership.
