Leads Medicare Advantage Stars product strategy by translating CMS regulations, quality measures, and analytics into product requirements. Partners with product, engineering, data, and customer teams to build performance-gap and forecasting tools, validate functionality, analyze health plan performance, and recommend quality improvements. Serves as a subject matter expert for Stars methodology and communicates regulatory, analytical, and product insights to executives, customers, and industry audiences.

Leads Technical Account Management and Services Bureau teams delivering post-launch customer value and elevated support. Establishes operating models, service standards, escalation processes, and performance metrics. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve adoption, retention, satisfaction, and revenue. Oversees executive customer engagements, incident resolution, account health, utilization, and scalable service delivery. Represents the program with high-visibility customers and travels domestically as needed.

Leads business-unit operating infrastructure, including governance, planning, OKRs, KPIs, executive reporting, cross-functional initiatives, and operational scalability. Partners with senior executives and enterprise functions to improve decision-making, resource allocation, performance management, and organizational consistency. Owns board-level narratives, operating playbooks, and transformation initiatives while driving enterprise-wide standards and durable process improvements.
