Lead finance operations for the India Service Center, managing accounting, budgeting/forecasting, tax compliance, banking, vendor management, audits, procurement, and site facilities. Act as primary FP&A business partner, provide variance analysis, oversee local contracts and filings, and support cross-functional stakeholders and ad-hoc projects.

Lead strategy, narrative, design, and delivery of CEO- and Board-facing presentations. Develop airtight business cases, pressure-test assumptions, anticipate stakeholder scrutiny, manage feedback cycles, and establish presentation standards and templates. Serve as an internal challenge partner and individual contributor reporting to Head of Business Performance.
