Provides high-level executive and operational support to the CFO and SVP of Finance. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, meeting and board-material preparation, presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel, communications, expense reports, document management, follow-up tracking, and confidential information handling. The role coordinates across Finance and executive teams, improves administrative processes, anticipates leadership needs, and ensures priorities, commitments, and deadlines are effectively managed.

Leads Inovalon’s enterprise partnership strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and build strategic alliances across healthcare, technology, cloud, consulting, and digital health. Responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating partnerships, developing joint business plans, enabling co-selling and integrations, managing executive relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring market trends, and measuring partner-generated pipeline, revenue, adoption, and strategic impact.

Serves as a senior strategic People partner to executives and business leaders, translating business priorities into workforce, organizational, talent, performance, and change strategies. Strengthens the People Business Partner model through standards, coaching, operating-model improvements, and strategic alignment. Oversees employee relations, performance, retention, compliance, HR policies, workforce insights, organizational design, succession planning, and transformation initiatives while partnering across HR centers of excellence and advising leadership on people-related risks and decisions.
