Implement and support Oracle PPM Cloud modules through requirements gathering, configuration, testing, go-live, documentation, training, and post-launch support. The consultant will configure Project Financials, Costing, Billing, and Grants Management, integrate with Oracle Cloud modules, resolve issues, manage change, coordinate with stakeholders, and support multiple client projects. Travel to client sites may be required.

Leads a globally distributed Oracle HCM managed services team, overseeing support delivery, ticket queues, SLA compliance, KPIs, customer escalations, service risks, and continuous improvement. The role includes people leadership, stakeholder communication, process enhancement, knowledge sharing, and maintaining Oracle HCM expertise and certifications.

Provide managed-services support for Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Absence, OTL, and optional Payroll. Configure systems for UK and US statutory requirements, troubleshoot incidents, manage SLA-driven tickets, monitor performance, implement enhancements, support integrations and data flows, conduct client workshops, and prepare status reports, root-cause analyses, documentation, and remediation plans.
