Lead end-to-end Oracle Finance Cloud implementations and support across AP, AR, GL, Cash Management, Expenses, and Fixed Assets. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, analyzing gaps, mapping processes, configuring systems, managing integrations, documenting projects, training users, resolving issues, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across multiple projects. Client-site travel may be required.

Implement and support Oracle PPM Cloud modules through requirements gathering, configuration, testing, go-live, documentation, training, and post-launch support. The consultant will configure Project Financials, Costing, Billing, and Grants Management, integrate with Oracle Cloud modules, resolve issues, manage change, coordinate with stakeholders, and support multiple client projects. Travel to client sites may be required.

Leads a globally distributed Oracle HCM managed services team, overseeing support delivery, ticket queues, SLA compliance, KPIs, customer escalations, service risks, and continuous improvement. The role includes people leadership, stakeholder communication, process enhancement, knowledge sharing, and maintaining Oracle HCM expertise and certifications.
