Coordinates promotional product customization from client concept through final production. Collects specifications, develops or coordinates artwork, selects decoration methods, prepares digital proofs, manages customer revisions and approvals, sources products and vendors, and tracks production deadlines. Requires strong knowledge of promotional product decoration techniques, ASI pricing and sourcing platforms, design approval processes, client issue resolution, and vendor coordination. The role is fully remote with limited potential travel to industry shows or events.

Supports accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, including billing, invoice entry, payment application, reconciliations, journal entries, collections, vendor payments, and month-end and year-end close activities. The role also performs inventory costing, margin analysis, retail location reporting, financial discrepancy resolution, and process improvement while collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
