Teams at Innovo Benefits Group

Administers employee benefit enrollments, open enrollment, payroll coordination, COBRA, audits, carrier invoices, HRIS systems, vendor relationships, compliance, and client communications. Responds to employee benefits questions, resolves issues with carriers and brokers, supports benefits orientations, creates reports, trains clients on HRIS systems, and recommends process improvements. This is a remote New England-based role with minimal travel.
