Coordinate sales operations for a global distributor network by handling pricing, commercial terms, licenses, orders, renewals, approvals, CRM data integrity, partner support, and process improvements. The role requires strong customer service, analytical judgment, cross-functional collaboration, bilingual French and English communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Provides enterprise IT support by configuring Windows workstations, troubleshooting software, hardware, and operating systems, managing users through Salesforce, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, and maintaining equipment. Documents interventions, updates knowledge resources, supports software development, manages warranties, and contributes to reliable technology operations. Requires a DEC in computer science, 3–5 years of IT support experience, Microsoft ecosystem knowledge, networking and cloud skills, intermediate English, and occasional evening or weekend availability.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to managers and international subsidiaries, advising on employee relations, performance, talent development, retention, succession, recruitment, compliance, payroll data, and employee experience. Support HR initiatives involving workplace health and safety, skills development, francization, and compliance while using HR data and systems to guide business decisions.
