Provide first- and second-line IT support for Tel Aviv and global teams, manage identity and productivity platforms, support AWS infrastructure, maintain endpoints (Windows/macOS), assist migrations, administer SharePoint and Atlassian tools, build simple PowerShell/Python automations, manage tickets/SLA, and support inventory, vendors, and IT documentation.

The Senior HR Business Partner will oversee HR functions in EMEA, advising managers, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance, and driving culture and engagement initiatives.

Serve as the day-to-day client partner for a portfolio, driving communication, coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing campaign performance, delivering data-driven recommendations, supporting revenue retention and growth, preparing QBRs, and validating billing accuracy.
