Teams at Innovatrics

Provide production technical support for Innovatrics ABIS biometric software: monitor, troubleshoot, patch, and automate support tasks. Manage Linux servers, Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, and SQL/Oracle databases. Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and engineering teams, participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, and improve deployment, monitoring, and support tools and procedures.

Own and prioritize a set of biometric algorithm features, manage backlog and sprints, coordinate research and engineering teams, translate research into product requirements, and align technical work with business goals.

Provide L1 ticket ownership and operational support: triage, reproduce, and resolve incidents within SLA; communicate with customers; coordinate escalations to L2/L3; participate in 24/7 on-call rotations; contribute to knowledge base and stability efforts.
