Teams at Innovatrics

Provide production technical support for Innovatrics ABIS biometric software: monitor, troubleshoot, patch, and automate support tasks. Manage Linux servers, Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, and SQL/Oracle databases. Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and engineering teams, participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, and improve deployment, monitoring, and support tools and procedures.

Manage and prioritize the Product SDKs backlog, collaborate with engineering and stakeholders, define epics and acceptance criteria, monitor delivery, remove blockers, and support Agile ceremonies while learning from a Senior Product Owner and making day-to-day product decisions.

Own and prioritize a set of biometric algorithm features, manage backlog and sprints, coordinate research and engineering teams, translate research into product requirements, and align technical work with business goals.
