Teams at Innovatrics

Own product areas within Innovatrics’ enterprise identity verification platform. Responsibilities include product discovery, customer interviews, backlog ownership, requirements definition, prioritization, metrics tracking, and delivery from concept through adoption. The role partners with engineering, sales, professional services, and customers, represents product in enterprise evaluations and QBRs, and contributes insights to the broader roadmap.

Provide production technical support for Innovatrics ABIS biometric software: monitor, troubleshoot, patch, and automate support tasks. Manage Linux servers, Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, and SQL/Oracle databases. Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and engineering teams, participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, and improve deployment, monitoring, and support tools and procedures.

The Senior Python Developer will enhance identity verification systems using FastAPI, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring code quality and compliance with regulations.
