Provide production technical support for Innovatrics ABIS biometric software: monitor, troubleshoot, patch, and automate support tasks. Manage Linux servers, Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, and SQL/Oracle databases. Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and engineering teams, participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, and improve deployment, monitoring, and support tools and procedures.

Design and build the company’s internal data infrastructure, pipelines, and BI tools. Stabilize integrations, eliminate manual workflows, establish documentation and standards, deliver self-service dashboards, and enable cross-functional analytics and P&Ls. Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development and ownership of end-to-end data solutions.

Drive and expand government sales across Brazil and Spanish-speaking Latin America by building senior institutional relationships, positioning Innovatrics for tenders, growing accounts via modernization programs, qualifying opportunities, orchestrating bids, and delivering multi-quarter pipeline and forecast visibility while coordinating with internal teams and partners.
