Responsibilities include preparing and inspecting equipment, staging materials, monitoring batch processes, collecting samples, documenting production data, packaging finished goods, operating forklifts, reporting deviations, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and supporting training and cross-functional coordination.

Safely operate chemical production processes by reviewing batch instructions, staging raw materials, monitoring reactors and process controls, collecting samples, documenting production data, packaging finished goods, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. The role requires rotating 12-hour shifts, PPE use, equipment inspections, basic computer and math skills, and coordination with quality, maintenance, engineering, shipping, and supply chain teams.

Operates batch production processes by reviewing schedules, batch sheets, and SOPs; preparing equipment and materials; monitoring reactor conditions; collecting samples; documenting production data; packaging finished goods; and reporting equipment, quality, and safety concerns. Maintains clean, organized work areas, follows PPE and safety procedures, supports training, completes required documentation and training, and collaborates with supervisors, maintenance, laboratory, and coworkers.
