Supports Accounts Payable by processing supplier invoices, validating documentation, reconciling employee expenses and corporate credit cards, resolving discrepancies, assisting with month-end activities, and maintaining financial records. The role also contributes to process improvement, automation and AI-tool adoption, documentation, Finance administration, and reception backup. Requires strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, self-supervision, and compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Design, program, test, troubleshoot, and commission automation systems including robotic cells, vision inspection, material handling, assembly, and safety systems. Collaborate with engineering, project management, electricians, customers, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution. Maintain documentation and backups, support schedules and budgets, and travel occasionally for customer installations and commissioning.

Design custom industrial automation machinery from customer concepts through manufacturing. Responsibilities include developing 3D CAD models and detailed drawings, selecting components, reviewing designs for manufacturability and safety, conducting machine safety risk assessments and stop-distance calculations, coordinating project resources, supporting assembly, and mentoring junior designers. The role also involves customer design reviews, vendor collaboration, schedule coordination, and applying welding, fastening, material handling, and other assembly-process knowledge.
